Free for directors.
$25 per team.
One price for the whole tournament: registration, schedule, officials, staff, messaging and payouts. Teams pay $25 when they register. Directors and officials pay nothing.
One price per seat
Every seat at the event, and what it costs.
Run the event
Build the event, open registration, schedule, assign officials, staff the courts and pay everyone. No subscription, no contract, nothing to sign.
Register for an event
Paid once at registration. It covers everything the event runs on, so the director pays nothing for the platform.
Get on games and get paid
Your account is free, always. Take games, see changes the moment they happen, and receive standard pay at no cost.
Optional
Development education, a verified officiating resume and your full development record. Never required to get games or standard pay.
Everything in the $25
Not a starter tier. The whole platform, for every event.
Registration
Team signup, payment, rosters and waivers in one flow.
Scheduling
Pools, brackets and the complete day, built from your registered teams.
Assigning officials
Assign against real availability and publish only what changed.
Staff
Court monitors, supervisors, scorers and check-in desks on the same board.
Team communication
Coaches, parents and players get a live schedule and hear about changes first.
Payouts
Officials and staff paid from the same board, with 1099s at year end.
Scout AI
Ask anything about your event. Scout drafts, you approve.
No add-ons
No per-game fees, no per-official fees, no setup fee, no paid app.
How money moves
No markup on processing, and no fee to get paid.
Bank transfer is the default
Teams pay by bank transfer at no extra cost. Directors fund payouts by bank transfer.
Card payments
A team that chooses to pay by card pays the card processing fee at checkout, at cost. We add nothing to it.
Faster pay for officials
Standard pay is free. An official who wants to be paid faster can choose it for a small fee, shown before they confirm.
Camps
Running a camp? Email hello@obviouscall.com for camp pricing.
First event live in ten minutes.
Free to start. Build the event and, depending on your playbook, open it to teams, post your games to officials, or both. Nothing to sign, nobody to call.
